  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
  2. Sift all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Add the egg and the milk. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mix into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 25 min.
  6. Cut into slices and serve warm.
