Cornbread 
Makes 1 loaf, Takes about 30 min
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- 1 cup of flour
- 3/4 tsp. of salt
- 4 tsp. of baking powder
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1 cup of milk
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
- Sift all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the egg and the milk. Mix well.
- Transfer the mix into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 25 min.
- Cut into slices and serve warm.
