Herb bread

Makes 1 loaf, Takes 2 hr 30-3 hr

Preparation:

  1. Dilute the yeast in the water. In a bowl mix the flour with the salt. Add the yeast mixture and mix well. Work the dough, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hr (until its volume doubles).
  2. In the meantime, cut the parsley, the garlic, and the nuts. Mix them all together and add the oil and the cheese.
  3. Flatten the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling on it.
  4. Roll the dough and place it in a greased loaf pan. Brush it with the cream cheese/cream and the seeds.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  6. Let it rise for 20 more min.
  7. Bake it in the oven for about 40 min. Serve warm.
