Herb bread 
Makes 1 loaf, Takes 2 hr 30-3 hr
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 500 gr. of flour
- 3 dl. of lukewarm water
- Yeast
- 2 tsp. of salt
For the filling:
- 1 large bouquet of parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 gr. of nuts of your choice
- 75 gr. of parmesan (grated)
- 0.5 dl. of olive oil
For the brushing:
- Some cream cheese or cream
- Some sesame seeds
Preparation:
- Dilute the yeast in the water. In a bowl mix the flour with the salt. Add
the yeast mixture and mix well. Work the dough, cover, and let it rise in
a warm place for about 1-2 hr (until its volume doubles).
- In the meantime, cut the parsley, the garlic, and the nuts. Mix them all
together and add the oil and the cheese.
- Flatten the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling on it.
- Roll the dough and place it in a greased loaf pan. Brush it with the cream
cheese/cream and the seeds.
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Let it rise for 20 more min.
- Bake it in the oven for about 40 min. Serve warm.
