Whole wheat tortillas 
Makes 12 tortillas, Takes 30-45 min
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp. of baking powder
- 1 cup of warm water
- 2 tsp. of olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
- Cornmeal
Preparation:
- Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
- Knead the dough on a floured board and divide it into 12 balls.
- Roll each ball into a circle and flatten it down as thin as possible. Dust
it with cornmeal.
- Drop the tortilla on a frying pan over high heat and cook on each side until
brown spots appear. Serve warm.

These tortillas are really easy to make and can be used for many different
dishes.
