Section 10: private trade
This is the section for trades agreed privately between other players.
Restrictions:
You may not sell players if you end up with less than 11 players, and
you may not end up without goalkeeper.
All private trades are subject to approval of the GM. Private trades
where the price ends up between NL value and trade value will be accepted.
