- The potential of Abbar-Moloch in his magical power, is determined by the
Mental K/S STEEP: Magical Tattoos.
- Abbar-Moloch can channel up to [STEEP] Heka through the power, and must
then roll a STEEP test to hit with a magical tongue of flame that does
[(Heka)-(feet distance)] in damage with Hit Location.
- Abbar-Moloch can channel up to [STEEP]*10 Heka through the power, and
will then create a magical flame-explosion doing [(Heka)-(feet distance)] in
damage with Exposure rolls.
- When Abbar-Moloch invokes the flame aura, it will function as Elemental
Armor against Fire, but that particular round only.
- If Abbar-Moloch wishes to sustain the flame aura to create a continuous
blaze around himself, it will cost one multiple more Heka to keep up, i.e.
from 10 to 11 to 12, and so on. Every CT the aura aspect is not used, the
multiple will be lowered by one down to a minimum of 10.
