Hello.

I am a new susciber to this list so here are a few details about myself..
I live in St austell, Cornwall and my club is run at penrice school..
My instructor is Antony Eva, who is 1st dan.
We train currently 2 times a week on monday and wednesday evenings. I also
attend a sparring class on tuesday evening at the moment..

 The Cornish Championships are being held at Penryn, Cornwall on October the
26th,and I will be entering...

I a five feet ten inches and weight around 65k..
This is my first tournament and I am a little apprehensive.
If any body is in the same situation currently, or understands my
predicament then I would be grateful for any advice they may be willing to
share...
